Welcome to the Beds For Bullies web shop.

Beds For Bullies (“BFB”) provides products for purchase and the option to donate to our rescue when you visit or shop at bedsforbullies.com/shop (“shop”).

Conditions of Use

Please read these conditions before purchasing a product or making a donation on the BFB website. By using, purchasing or donating with the BFB web shop, you signify your agreement with the conditions outlined below.

Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we use your data. Our Privacy Policy governs your use of the BFB website and web shop.

2.     COPYRIGHT

All content featured on the BFB website or communications relating to the web shop, purchases, donations, and on social media including our logo, our website text copy, the images we post and any other electronic documents or forms are the intellectual property of BFB. These assets are protected by copyright law. You may not use these assets or extract the content without the written consent of BFB. You may not replicate any product or use product listings, prices, descriptions or images for the benefit of another merchant. You may not manipulate any of these assets without the written consent of BFB.

3.     YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use any online account to manage purchases or donations made from the BFB web shop, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of said account including protecting your password, restricting any access to devices logged into said accounts, and accept all responsibility for any losses of your data or other activities that occur under your account or password.

4.     COMMUNICATIONS

When you use the BFB website or web shop, you are agreeing to receiving communications relative to your purchase, donation or form submissions under legitimate interest. This may include product reviews. By purchasing, donating or submitting any of your details online, you consent to receive communications from BFB and agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide you with to satisfy any legal requirement that such contact will be in writing unless otherwise legally required in alternative formats.

5.     AMENDMENTS TO THE WEB SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy and Web Shop Terms and Conditions at any time. At the time of using, purchasing or donating through the web shop, the valid terms at that time are the ones that will apply to you.

Bedsforbullies.com is owned by Liz Haslam. The BFB web shop is also owned and operated by Liz Haslam. You can contact BFB through many means as outlined on our contact page.

 

Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by BFB to you. BFBshop products and services are available for delivery and service to UK based customers only.

1.     OUR CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to BFB to buy the product(s) or make the donations in your order. Once you have placed an order for a product from BFB, you will be sent an email confirming the receipt of your order. This email provides acknowledgement that we have received your order, but does not confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase the products ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you. If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a notification for each package. BFB maintains the right to reject an order, or items within an order under reasonable circumstances. In such instance, all payments you have made to us in conjunction with that product or order will be returned to you within 14 working days. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before you have received notification of dispatch. Donations are non-refundable.

2.     RETURNS

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the first day you receive your order. Your statutory rights include a return period of 14 days. You are also entitled to a refund of original delivery costs if the items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You are entitled to a refund of the original delivery cost if your order is cancelled. You are not entitled to a refund of the costs of sending the item back to us if cancelling.

3.     PRICING & DELIVERY

All prices on products are inclusive of legally applicable VAT. These prices are subject to change. BFB may use a courier service to deliver your orders. The price of delivery is based on costs to courier our products UK wide. We cannot accept any orders where delivery is outside of mainland UK. Please note that delivery times are an estimation. They are not guaranteed delivery times and there may be delays in the event of Royal Mail strikes or other circumstances outside of BFB's control.

4.     PRODUCT INFORMATION

Unless otherwise stated, BFB is not the manufacturer of the products sold on this website. While we try to ensure product information on our website is correct, products may vary slightly in colour or design as to their photographs on the website. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5.     OUR LIABILITY

BFB shall not be liable to the customer in connection with the purchases or donations made online for the loss of profits, sales, agreements, forecasted savings or damage to goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss. These conditions do not affect your right to a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time due to causes beyond BFB's reasonable control.
